Our Trust Bank (Internal Temporary workforce) offers hours ‘as and when required’ or when you want to work; however, please be advised that availability for roles varies depending on demand and no role is guaranteed.
The post holder will work in a multidisciplinary team to assist the qualified Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with the treatment of inpatients.
The post holder will also assist with day-to-day organisational tasks to help the smooth running of the whole team.

Responsibilities include:
1. To work with a range of inpatients, of any age, under the care of GWH. Locations include assessment areas and inpatient wards.
2. To assess patients with routine and non-complex conditions independently according to agreed guidelines and documentation.
3. To follow identified guidelines and treatment programmes and implement these in collaboration with the occupational therapist or physiotherapist if required.
4. To be responsible for progressing treatment following direction from a qualified therapist, operative regimes, or guidelines.
