As a leader, you will mentor a high-performing team, set ambitious targets, drive new business, and implement strategic sales initiatives to foster client relationships. You will apply data-driven insights to streamline operations, enhance revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing client relationships
2. Leveraging CRM and analytics tools to refine sales processes
3. Ensuring timely updates
4. Coordinating with marketing and other teams on pipeline activity
5. Demonstrating proficiency with HubSpot (CRM) and sales tools
6. Attending quarterly international business reviews
7. Conducting outreach to engage stakeholders and evaluate product-market fit
8. Handling inbound inquiries
9. Managing customer relationships pre- and post-sales
This role requires extensive senior sales experience, preferably in sustainability, ESG, or the environmental sector, with a strong background in real assets, construction, infrastructure, or raw material industries. You’ll need strategic vision, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by supporting sales strategies, managing the pipeline, identifying opportunities, and representing the company at industry events.
With hybrid working from their Shoreditch, London office, you will join a team of sustainability experts helping clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
