The Role: As an Artworker, you will play a crucial role in transforming creative concepts into polished and print-ready materials. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that every detail is perfectly executed, and the final product meets the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail, technical proficiency, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in our creative process. This is an office based rolein the heart of Birmingham in a brand-new office on Bennetts Hill. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to refine and prepare visual assets for print and digital media. Execute precise and accurate design adjustments, such as resizing, cropping, and colour corrections. Ensure all materials are formatted to meet industry standards and specifications for various print and online platforms. Prepare print-ready files, including setting up bleeds, trim marks, and colour profiles. Proofread and quality-check materials to maintain consistent branding and messaging. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, and other design assets. Maintain an organised and efficient workflow to meet project deadlines. About You: Proven experience as an Artworker in a design or creative agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fast-working and can work under pressure. Knowledge of print and digital production processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
