Key Role Content Build, manage and develop relationships with key client stakeholders across all relevant functions. Both personally and across EVC and the client organisation Understand the client’s business and supply chain strategy and where possible be part of shaping the latter Identify opportunities for innovation and value creation within the client’s supply chain Uncover and develop opportunities to add new business to the EVC group, co-ordinating across the group on live opportunities Document and keep updated our account management situation and plan in a Key Account Plan Collaborate with the client to improve service levels, drive specific initiatives and ensure value generated is measured and tracked. Design and carry out effective data management processes including quality control, analysis and presentation. Proactively share best practices (in account management and supply chain development) internally including drafting case studies and presentations. Input into tender documents and other commercial proposals. Ensure the customer is correctly billed and pays on time Own and run QBRs and other developmental/operational reviews Own the customer P&L, the contract, and the commercial relationship Ensure KPIs are in place to cover all aspects of the operation, all products and geographies Provide detailed reporting as required by the client/Account Director Act as escalation point on operational issues globally Be the ambassador for the client internally and harness the capability of the global network to the benefit of the client Translate emerging client needs into the development of the GCS product Willingness to learn the LIMA system and the way that it integrates with the client’s PO management and WMS system/s. Ensure accurate integration documentation exists that can be used to successfully onboard any additional business areas Undertake any other duties commensurate to the job as may be reasonably required What we need from you: Skills & Experience A suitable candidate will have minimum 5 years’ experience in performance of functions as detailed in the role content.
