For the successful Customer Service Advisorour client is offering:
* Salary up to £25,000 per annum

The role - Customer Service Advisor:
* Responsible for managing inbound calls, emails and responses to customers
* Handling a range of enquiries across two services in the UK Region
* Manage and take ownership of any complaints from customers and members of the public
* Administer emails and respond to customers via telephone and written methods where necessary
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Advisor:
* Previous customer service experience - ESSENTIAL
* Experience working with customer complaints / problem solving - ESSENTIAL
* Good MS Office Literacy - ESSENTIAL
* Able to cope under pressure in a call handling environment

The Role of the Sales Executive;
* Providing active, hands-on support for the external sales team
* Document activities on CRM software, telephone calls, sales calls, opportunities, leads, case studies, faulty goods, order tracking, market and customer information, assigning links to ASM and NSM when required.
* Processing Sales orders and dealing with customer queries.
* Building relationships with customers
* Dealing with orders and sales enquiries
* Sales administration
* After-sales/customer service support and liaising with External Sales/Quality
department.
* Identifying new business opportunities with existing and new trade partners.
* Sales reports
* Marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and business development.
* Sales meetings, conferences, trade exhibitions and open days as required
What our client is looking for in a Sales Executive;
* Experience working in a busy sales/administrative environment - ESSENTIAL
* A team player with the ability to work off your own initiative is - ESSENTIAL
* Experience using ERP and CRM systems and proficiency across the Microsoft suite
* Highly collaborative, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English, verbal and written - ESSENTIAL
* Time management and task prioritisation skills.
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
* A strong working knowledge of Agriculture/Equine - PREFERRED
