We are now seeking an inclusive, and dynamic Executive Director of Planning and Partnerships to work closely with our new Chief Executive, wider Board and collaboratively with system partners to ensure SBUHBs development of strategic plans to meet the UHBs objectives and the continuing transformation of a complex organisation. Crucially the role will translate the strategy into the Health Boards Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP) and will develop detailed operational plans within this overarching 3-year plan to demonstrate granular delivery of improvement across the UHB on performance delivery, quality improvement and financial sustainability in line with our 10-year vision to become a High Quality Organisation., If you have ambition that matches our own; a commitment to supporting and nurturing staff to realise sustainable improvement and a passion for delivering citizen focused service, we are keen to hear from you.
As a key appointment we are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a strategy, planning leadership role at board level within the health service. The successful individual will bring a track record of working effectively across the health and social care system and other organisational boundaries and of delivering change in service delivery and culture shift. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering to tight timescales within an organisational framework where you are expected at all times to behave in accordance with our values demonstrating commitment to the delivery of high-quality services to patients and staff.
