The New Inn trades as a community pub with sports teams including pool and darts and is highly driven around entertainment with live music and karaoke at the weekends. At present, the pub serves Sunday lunches and Admiral Taverns are keen for a new licensee to expand on this.

The successful applicant will know the market and area well. The pub is the heart of the local community and should keep this core value. Creating a community pub atmosphere through sports, live entertainment, and activity nights, alongside a daily food offer of a mid-market range of dishes is a must, with the garden at side/rear of the pub offering a great seasonal opportunity to enhance extra income. You should be able to build on the current business at the pub and widen the offer at the New Inn. Experience is preferred although Admiral Taverns offer an excellent training package as well as support with marketing, business development, and catering.
Training: £350.00 – Before signing a long-term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over two days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
Service Charge Cost: £63.33 per week – The Admiral Taverns Premium Maintenance Package will help take care of your compliance and statutory obligations with one simple fee, whilst giving you peace of mind about your boiler and cellar cooling repair and replacement. This also includes full access to e-learning for you and your staff.
