Sales Engineer - Exclusive Role. Join our client's dynamic team and drive sales growth in Thermoforming & Vac Forming, Foundry, Composites, Aerospace / Defence, and Automotive/Transport. We're looking for a proven sales professional with experience selling into ANY of these industries and navigating their buying processes. This is a field-based role covering the whole of the Midlands, however initial training will be expected onsite at the Midlands office. Sales Engineer key responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities. - Build and strengthen client relationships, including reactivating cold accounts. - Convert new accounts into top-tier clients through cross-selling and up-selling. - Manage bids, tenders, and procurement processes. - Demonstrate technical knowledge and product applications. Sales Engineer requirements: - Sales experience in one or more of the target industries. - Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills. - Ability to present and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Hands-on technical aptitude to demonstrate product capabilities.
