The Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our dynamic and supportive Head Office team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our Board of Directors and Strategic Leadership Team achieve their strategic objectives. You will provide a professional administrative and business support service, ensuring the smooth operation of our organisations activities and enabling measurable service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Executive Team schedules, travel arrangements, diaries, and meeting commitments.
2. Ensuring all SLT, Executive, and Board documentation, including reports and presentations, are prepared and submitted on time.
