The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small but dynamic team at an exciting time of growth and development. As Administration Assistant, you will be part of a small, busy Marketing team based in Jermyn's House at the Gardens. You will assist in the concept, creation, and delivery of the Gardens busy events programme plus general marketing and administration duties. You will support the team in all aspects of their work - everything from sourcing photography, to working with external companies to produce the events brochures and other promotional literature. In addition, you will be customer facing at our events both on and off site. This is an exciting and varied role, and you will need to have the ability to juggle multiple projects as well as have excellent communication skills and a natural creative flair.
