Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:
* Monitor and control all accounts payable transactions
* Prepare invoices and account statements
* Ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policy
* Resolve any discrepancies in invoices and payments
* Prepare financial reports
* Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes
* Maintain up-to-date financial records
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Associate should have:
* A strong understanding of accounting principles
* Excellent numerical skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Strong communication skills
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
