Chef de Partie - Package up to £38k Pembrokeshire - 4 Day Week
This client has established itself as one of the leading Hotels and Restaurants in South Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside.
This award-winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for a Chef de Partie within its kitchen team.
On offer is a package including tronc up to £39k.
You will work a four-day week and will be paid for extra days worked as well as being eligible to be part of the profit share scheme introduced in 2022.
A successful candidate will ideally have:
Soundkitchen experience at AA Rosette level.
NVQ 2 and CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications.
Clear passion for the industry and food.
Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
Dedicated and excellent team player.
The restaurant offers an excellent working environment in one of the most stunning parts of the UK with the world-famous Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park on its doorstep. There may be temporary accommodation available for people moving from outside of Pembrokeshire.
