PMO Support Officer
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and dynamic PMO Support Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting the National Digital Passport Programme.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Programme Senior Team in the successful delivery of a range of smaller scoped projects. Working closely with the Programme Management Office, you will contribute by ensuring budget alignment, maintaining programme documentation, preparing reports, and conducting analysis and evaluation of project outcomes.

* Role Scope:
* Full time hours - 37.5 per week
* A fixed-term agreement to March 2025
* A hybrid work schedule with occasional office days for team meetings in London.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day to day project support, including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
* Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and actions are effectively managed.
* Assist with the production of reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
* Monitor project progress against key milestones, escalating issues and risks where necessary.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, aligning project goals and expectations.
* Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across the PMO.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Demonstrable experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally in a healthcare setting.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g Prince, Agile).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Project Management software and MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
