Job Description
SS&C Technologies seeks a Client Audit & Oversight Manager to join our client services team. You will be the point of contact for the administration and communication internally and externally for client audit & oversight requests. This is a vital client-facing role.
Main Responsibilities
Client Management
1. Primary contact point for day-to-day requests raised by the Client and internal contacts.
2. Maintain visits and requests logs.
3. Support coordination with internal business areas to ensure awareness of visit and oversight arrangements.
4. Proactive liaison with all administration areas to ensure service is delivered within SLA and quality is measured within KPIs.
Service Management
1. Liaison with heads of internal business areas to ensure provision of quality service.
2. Following receipt of client's operational oversight requirements, look for opportunities to manage economies of scale.
3. Keep up to date with our clients' relationship and any issues arising beyond oversight.
Reporting
1. Formulate and produce programme details, agenda and key actions.
2. Input to the reporting suite to reflect the results and key learnings.
3. Highlight through the reporting suite all oversight service failings.
4. Produce post-visit reports and action within agreed service levels.
5. Assist in the production of monthly MI report for sign off.
6. Manage content ensuring it is updated and accurate.
7. Ensure all internal operational/IT counterparts provide the necessary inputs for the client.
Meeting Management
1. Organise oversight meetings & conference calls. Support the Chair within the meetings (where appropriate relative to meeting attendees).
2. Ensure all internal divisions are prepared and ready for oversight visits through internal review meetings.
3. Ensure minutes are issued within 48 hours.
4. Work with CSM team to ensure oversight re-charges are approved in a timely manner.
5. Assist CSM team with any disputed invoices between SS&C and client.
Ideal Candidate
1. Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.
2. Proven ability in managing multiple internal contributors to ensure alignment.
3. Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment.
4. A good understanding of the client service model, business strategy, structure and product offering.
5. Excellent Communication Skills (Essential).
6. Good analytical skills (Essential).
7. Good verbal reasoning and numeric skills (Essential).
8. Experience in Financial Services Investment Industry.
9. Good keyboard skills, competent in the use of MS Office packages.
10. IOC or equivalent, or commitment to study for IAQ or equivalent.
11. Industry operational experience.
