Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and confident Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting one of our field sales reps to maximize their time in front of customers and to jointly grow the sales revenue in the specific geographical area.

Tasks include:
1. Following up visits by email and phone
2. Completing tasks & actions following reps face-to-face visits
3. Route planning & appointment making
4. Proactive telephone-sales work
5. Quotes & progress reports
6. Assisting field sales with getting onto clients' procurement systems
7. Other duties as required
Qualities and Experience looked for:
1. High standard of literacy and telephone-use skills
2. Accurate worker and organized
3. Willingness to do what’s asked and be easy to work with
4. Energetic and enthusiastic to cope with a fast-paced demanding day
5. Able to cope with deadlines and targets
6. Good understanding of IT
7. Preferably having personal experience of actual road-based sales rep work (this is a significant help in understanding the import of this office-based back-up role)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 to 17:00 with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break (45 hours/week). Some variation to this could be negotiable.
