This is a really varied role and could suit someone keen to learn a broad set of skills within the finance function. This role is offered on a hybrid 2 / 3 basis and is based in Central Bath. DAY TO DAY: Posting all transactions appearing on bank statements and reconciling these Updating cash-flow Monitoring and reconciling accounts Processing and downloading data on a weekly basis, processing refunds and cancellations as required Monitoring the finance inbox daily and actioning requests from internal departments Dealing with direct debits on a day to day basis Running system updates and month end processes Occasional purchase ledger duties and supporting other areas of the finance team WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: Some experience of working in an accounts / finance function AAT level 2 or above - though not essential Experience of working with accuracy and attention to detail SAGE - though not experience AND FOR YOU: Private medical, healthcare cashback plan Holiday exchange scheme / 26 days Discretionary bonus Life assurance
