About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a high-profile infrastructure project on the M27. This is a long-term opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of major highway works. Key Responsibilities: ·Oversee site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. ·Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency. ·Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. ·Assist in planning, scheduling, and quality control for all site activities. ·Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and local authorities. Requirements: ·Proven experience as a Sub Agent on civil engineering or highway projects. ·Strong knowledge of highways, earthworks, and structures. ·Understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety procedures. ·Excellent leadership and communication skills. ·Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred). ·CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent).
