Our Business Support Officers on Assets, Residence and Valuations play a crucial role in the team, helping it run smoothly by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support. Key Responsibilities will include: This role provides day-to-day administrative support on tasks such as maintaining referral records, bulk scanning, minute taking, and travel booking; this list is not exhaustive and will include other tasks requested by your line manager as the team receives new commissions. Person specification To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of being a team player with the ability to build relationships, to ensure all shared responsibilities are fulfilled. You will also have experience of using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) as well as adaptability to new digital tools.
