Groups arrive for the Lego challenge, pizza and chips, and watch a film before settling down for a night with the exhibits. You will need to be comfortable lone working for these events and enthused about sleeping at the museum too. We take bookings for sleepovers on Friday and Saturday nights for organised groups of children and accompanying adults.

You will need to be comfortable working until the early hours of the morning. We take bookings for overnight hire on Friday and Saturday nights.
A Duty Manager is also on call through the Sleepovers and overnight hires. From time to time, the role can also include assisting with private functions at the Market Hall museum alongside the Development Team.
Key Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and are friendly and welcoming. Good organisational and timekeeping skills will help you succeed in this role. Teamworking and communication are key to this role. You will have key holder responsibility as part of this role. Although an interest in heritage is useful, it is not essential for this role.
