Job Title: Complaints Resolution Manager Location: Leicester City Centre, LE1 Hours: 8.45am-5.00pm Monday-Friday Salary: Up to £35k Permanent role Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Complaints Resolution Manager to work from our clients’ offices based in the City Centre of Leicester. As a Complaints Resolution Manager you will be responsible for managing, administering and have overall responsibility for complaints received by the company, with the aim of avoiding further occurrences and monitor patterns of errors. You will be responsible for: Being the main point of contact to manage and process complaints on a day-to-day basis. Managing a pipeline of complaints daily and investigate complaint queries in full from start until resolved whilst ensuring deadlines are met. Receiving, logging, acknowledging, investigating and providing full and accurate responses to all types of official complaints as well as handling call recording requests. Assessing and investigating cases on an individual basis and provide appropriate responses. Being able to judge the level of the case and action accordingly - this will include call listening, historic information gathering and liaising with other departments/colleagues/business associates. The idea candidate will have: A background experience or knowledge in dealing the financial conduct authority.
