We are seeking a diligent and proactive Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and operations processes by ensuring that goods and materials are efficiently loaded and unloaded from vehicles. This position requires a keen attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling various types of cargo, from fragile items to heavy machinery, all while adhering to safety standards and protocols. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently. Experience with loading and unloading goods, familiarity with warehouse operations, and the ability to operate forklifts or other loading machinery are essential. Responsibilities
Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
Stack and organize products in designated areas according to inventory protocols.
Assist with inventory management and record-keeping as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely loading and unloading processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in loading, unloading, or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to material handling.
Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely (certification preferred).
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £22.51
