About the Role As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, collaborating with suppliers, and supporting our skilled technicians. Your expertise in automotive parts and exceptional communication skills will enhance our ability to provide outstanding service to our customers. Main Responsibilities Accurately allocate and book parts into stock, maintaining up-to-date inventory records. Proactively chase parts orders to minimise delays for the bodyshop team. Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and manage returns for credit. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Keep the Parts Department clean, organised, and efficient. About You We’re seeking a standout candidate with previous experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or a similar role. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of commercial vehicle accident repair.
