The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach Level 3 Criminology and Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales to our AS and A2 learners at Gower College Swansea. The role is for a four month fixed term. Part time, 13 hours per week Fixed term, hourly paid until August 2025 £17.53 - £34.51 per hour Gorseinon Campus Key Responsibilities: To work with the team to deliver Level 3 Criminology and Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales ensuring excellence in teaching and learning across all courses. To keep up to date with examination board developments and ensure all external requirements are met. To work with the Curriculum Leader and Learning Area Manager to set targets and monitor performance in recruitment, attendance, retention, attainment and successful completion. About you: Possess a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification or be working towards one. Are able to demonstrate successful experience of teaching Level 3 Criminology and Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales. A very confident communicator and committed individual who can engage and inspire learners of all abilities. Excellent organisational skills and a team player. The ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of learners.
