30 - 37 hours per week/39 weeks a year - Term Time plus two weeks
We are seeking an outstanding individual to provide confidential, professional administrative and organisational support to the Group Vice Principals, CFO, and Group Directors (People and MIS) allowing them to optimise the use of their time in working towards the achievement of operational and strategic objectives.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Providing support in preparation for meetings including Senior Executive Trust (SET) and Trust Management Team (TMT)
2. Supporting the Executive Assistant to coordinate SET and TMT communications
3. Providing administration and coordination support to the CFO in the production of financial reports and documents
4. Providing specialist support to the quality cycle process
5. Participating in the development of a customer relationship management system (CRM)

Alongside this, you’ll be a brilliant multi-tasker. From project managing, organising diaries, keeping notes, scheduling meetings, to setting up conferences and events, our ideal candidate will be someone with focus who is used to working in a busy and varied office environment where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks. As this is a Trust vacancy, travel between our two sites at Richard Taunton College in Southampton and St Vincent College in Gosport will be a requirement.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
