Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a growing manufacturer in West Lincolnshire to recruit a Temporary Management Accountant for a 3-month interim role. Your new role Working with the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for monthly management accounts, reporting, variance analysis, reconciliations, stock and costing. What you'll need to succeed You will have recent and proven accounts experience working in an SME environment including month end, management accounts, stock and costing, reporting and analysis. You will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, be organised and efficient. You will have strong Excel and systems capabilities, including ERP systems. You will be "hands on" and happy to get involved in all aspects of finance. You will be available at short notice and living within a commutable distance of West Lincolnshire as the role is all office based.
