Job Location:Covering the M4 Corridor into Midlands (Remote / Field based role)

Salary:Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

An established Manufacturer who supplies machinery & equipment into the Healthcare sector are currently looking to recruit for a Business Development Manager.
This role will be predominately to cover the M4 corridor into the midlands area however you may provide cover on a national basis.
For this role we are looking for the successful candidate to undertake new business development into the hospital & care home sectors therefore are looking for you to possess;
Experience of sales / business developmentAbility to define decision makers of all levels and successfully present the products & business to themAn engaging personalityThe drive to research, create your own leads and proactively prospect new businessExperience of the healthcare / care home / hospital industries is advantageousExperience of selling a manufactured product is essentialExcellent IT skills
You will be;
Researching leads and proactively prospecting - face-to-face, phone, emailBooking and attending meetings with decision makers to sell & present solutions the company can offerAttending trade shows, conferences and networking events to build relationships with contacts & organisationsDeveloping & maintaining sales pipeline, working to targets
The company will provide;
Product knowledge / trainingAccess to industry databases for lead generationRegular workshops, training & collaboration with the sales teamMarketing team support for all marketing materials, email campaigns etcSupportive working environment
