Head of Operations Finance, Windsor, Berkshire (hybrid working)
£80-90k pa plus great benefits including a £7k car allowance & 15% bonus
Our client, a true global force, has identified the need to add the capabilities of a driven & ambitious strategic finance professional with a background in manufacturing. This role requires experience within the consumer goods industry and knowledge of the supply chain/site function. Supporting the supply chain function, you will be working with factories regarding their performance review, capex management, and strategic projects.
This is a Finance lead role for all financial planning, reporting & control matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the manufacturing factories and distribution centres teams and management to identify and provide the required financial analysis and reporting that enables decision making and allows the centres to provide low-cost, high-quality services to the operating units.
2. Monthly responsibilities for close processes including accounting, controls, financial analyses, reporting, and forecasting.
3. Capital project review, analysis, and auditing, cost optimisation project identification and validation, and fulfilment of ad-hoc requests.
4. Development of, and communication associated with, the centre's annual budgets, assessments to the operating units, and development of activity-based costing.
5. Input to strategic planning.
6. Business partner to the executive team and a member of the leadership function.
This is a business partnering role that will involve influencing regional supply chain and change management experience is desirable. The successful candidate will have a proven finance track record within a manufacturing environment with operations/site finance experience being key. A full finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) is needed for this role.
