Join Our HR Team at The Compleat Food Group!
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Advisor to join our dynamic and supportive HR team.
Based at our Crewe site, you'll play a key role in supporting Employee Relations cases—advising managers, taking notes, and
preparing essential documentation. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach to site recruitment.
You’ll maintain a strong presence on the factory floor, conducting HR walkarounds, hosting welfare interviews, and staying engaged
across shifts. Additionally, you'll lead communication efforts by updating notice boards and digital displays to keep everyone
informed.

Your Duties Will Include:
* Support the site HRBP in delivering the site HR Strategy including leading local or group projects
* Provide case support for ER cases including advising managers, investigations, notetaking, producing letters and packs.
* Support activity to identifying areas of improvement in terms of employee engagement
* Coach managers to complete activities across the employee lifecycle
* Support activity to attract, retain and develop site – including involvement in talent mapping and succession planning
* Ensure the effective triage of day-to-day queries to self-service portal or shared services
* Update HR databases, trackers and reporting as required
* Manage site core manning / factory blueprint and ensure recruitment activity is aligned to this plan
* Support site early careers employees (Graduates and apprentices) and Compleat Communities
* Ability to accurately complete Right to Work checks
* Complete worker interviews and support agency audits
Your Skills and Experience:
* CIPD level 3 with an aspiration or working towards CIPD Qualification to Level 5.
* Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements (preferable)
* Ideally experienced in recruiting blue collar employees in a fast paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail
* Excellent organisation and administrative skills including use of Excel, Word and HR Systems
