As a Complex Care Learning Support Practitioner you will support students, who require assistance with complex health care needs and have a learning support need, to undertake a range of programmes and/or qualifications from entry 1 up to level 6 including Functional Skills and GCSE English and maths. You will be passionate about supporting students with a complex and high level of need. Ideally, if you have experience with working alongside individuals who have Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties, including Global Development Delay, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Rare Diseases or Sensory Impairments we would like to hear from you. You will have strong communication skills, an understanding of behaviour management, have a passion to inspire students to be active in learning, and work well under pressure.
