Uncovering key user behaviour trends through data analysis and research tools Developing and executing evidence-based CRO strategies Conducting audits and analysis to pinpoint areas for optimisation Designing and managing A/B, MVT, and personalisation tests Creating wireframes and prototypes to support testing initiatives Presenting insights and recommendations to clients in a clear, actionable way Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a joined-up approach Maintaining strong client relationships and keeping them informed on progress You will have/be Proven experience in a commercial CRO role, able to make short and long term development to add value quickly and for the long term A track record of delivering successful optimisation strategies Experience using research tools like HotJar, SessionCam, or similar Strong understanding of web analytics and A/B testing platforms Knowledge of user-centred design principles Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a bonus but not essential) Excellent communication skills - the ability to turn complex data into clear insights A collaborative mindset and strong organisational skills A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead in the digital space How to apply To hear more details about this Senior CRO Specialist opportunity, please email your CV to Rebecca Headden - Director at R13 Recruitment.
