Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant, working in community-based Health Centres. As our Healthcare Assistant, you will be providing the best patient care while assisting our Sonographers as they carry out ultrasound scanning procedures to our NHS patients. Main duties of the job You should have genuine compassion and care for people and are keen to develop your skills, previous experience in care is desirable however not essential as full support and training will be offered. You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car to be able to transport the portable ultrasound equipment from practice to practice. To ensure the ultrasound equipment is at the right location for the next clinic, you will be able to claim non-taxable business mileage, paid at our standard rate.
