Private Client Tax Partner
Location: Reading (Hybrid working available)
Level: Partner
Client Base: Owner-Managed Businesses, Entrepreneurs, Trusts, HNWIs
I'm working closely with a fast-growing, forward-thinking firm that's redefining what private client advisory looks like. They're now seeking a Private Client Tax Partner to spearhead growth in London, focusing on the entrepreneur-led mid-market, trusts, and capital taxes.
This is a stand-out opportunity for someone well-networked in the capital-someone who understands how to win work, build meaningful relationships, and lead from the front.
The Role:
* Lead and grow a high-quality portfolio of private clients-ranging from business owners and HNWIs to family offices and trustees
* Deliver expert advice on CGT, IHT, trusts, succession planning, and wider wealth structuring
* Drive new business through your network and personal brand across London and the South East
* Develop and mentor a growing team of talented private client tax advisors
* Contribute to national strategy and help shape the future of the private client offering
The Ideal Candidate:
* CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent), with deep experience in private client tax advisory
* Proven ability to develop and retain high-value client relationships
* A strong profile in the Reading market-particularly among owner-managed businesses, family-run companies, and entrepreneurs
* Expertise in CGT, IHT, trusts, and family wealth planning
* Commercial, collaborative, and excited to be part of something growing and genuinely different
Why This Role?
This firm is bold, agile, and culturally refreshing-eschewing tradition in favour of energy, innovation, and people-first thinking. If you're ready to lead a growing Reading presence, shape your own practice area, and work with clients who truly value partnership-this could be the perfect next step.
