Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join our People and Performance Team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all domestic and overseas candidates recruited into Hallmark Luxury Care Homes are recruited in line with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience of working in recruitment or HR environment, responsible for the post-offer process.
* Ability to communicate empathetically with stakeholders around the organization.
* Ideal experience of DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment with varying terms.
* Experience in the use of candidate management systems.
* Good Excel skills, ability to update and interpret trackers and spreadsheets.
* Exceptionally high attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
* Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
* Full driver's license required for occasional travel to homes across England and Wales.
