About the Position
Pilgrims Europe is seeking an experienced Production Lead to join our team at our site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a group of engineers to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. This is a full-time position with a shift pattern of 2 days on and 4 days off (07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00).
2. The salary for this role is approximately £72,519 per annum, based on a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead who can lead and manage a group of engineers to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong technical knowledge and expertise.
