Business Analyst\n\nLength: 6 months\n\nLocation: Edinburgh - Candidates must be willing to be on site 5 days per week.\n\nSalary: £75,000 to £85,000 per annum\n\nWe are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.\n\nExperis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on -assignment across 20 clients globally. We are passionate about training, technology and career development.\n\nThe role\n\nWe are looking for a Business Analyst to support the new COO Target Operating Model specifically focused on what will be required to move to the new operating model from a finance perspective. There will be 2 key activities that they will be involved in:\n\nReworking of all General Ledger and nominal codes and cost centre and mapped to the new structure\nMoving to an enduring funding model therefore will need to shape the cost management, benefit realisation and mapping to the new structureSkills and experience required\n\nExperience of working on a cost centre reallocation\nUnderstanding of the requirements for cost centres, nominals and journals and the implications on data flows.\nExperience of an operating model change within finance through agile transformation\nExperience of Oracle Fusion is essential\nCan be industry agnostic although understanding of regulatory requirements would be useful\nMust be able to communicate with all levels of the organisation from operations through to senior stakeholders
