Yeovil College is Expanding! Due to increasing demand, we are growing our Electrical teaching provision and are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.
As part of our passionate Electrical Team, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and shaping the future of aspiring electricians. You'll deliver a cutting-edge, sequenced curriculum that equips students with the skills they need for their next steps. In this role, you'll also manage study programmes to ensure every student reaches their full potential, while collaborating closely with colleagues to provide an exceptional and supportive learning experience.
What we're looking for:
1. At least 4 years relevant experience in electrical insulations.
2. Relevant Level 3 trade qualification along with inspection and testing qualifications.
3. Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
4. The ability to work successfully within a team.
5. Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
