About the role We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Lead for our CFM product line. You will report to the VP Supply Chain – Engine, and you will oversee a team of Supply Chain Specialists and Repair Vendor Managers. In this role, you will oversee all CFM product line operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, repair strategy, vendor selection, purchasing, and global distribution. You will develop and optimise long-term agreements and customer contracts (LTSAs) to align with AerFin's strategic objectives and profitability. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with the Sales and Business Development to develop strategies that enhances the profitability and market position of the product line. This role would be suitable for someone with strong analytical skills and a naturally curious mindset. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: Communicate with VP Supply Chain, VP Sales, Inside Sales, and Regional Sales to ensure seamless customer service. Assist in managing and facilitating sales of the assigned product. Optimise inventory strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets, including repair and purchasing initiatives. Monitor market changes and advise internal stakeholders. Provide commercial guidance and support cost modelling for assets. Facilitate periodic product line valuations and set Fair Market Value of components. Evaluate purchasing needs and implement purchasing strategies to meet budget goals. Assist in reviewing and preparing responses to customer RFPs and contract proposals. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to align with business goals and enhance service delivery. Generate monthly reports tracking program performance against key metrics. Identify opportunities to expand services with existing customers. Ensure contractual obligations are met and communicate performance deviations to relevant departments. Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory levels, supply chain disruptions, or market fluctuations. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a field related to Supply Chain, Procurement, or Inventory Management Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, such as in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Inventory management. Technical knowledge in aviation maintenance (Airframe or Powerplant) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi). Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse projects. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
