Working pattern : Monday - Friday, 38.75 hours per week
Salary : £25,000 - 27,000 p/a pro rata
We provide short academic courses to motivated students from across the world and you will be instrumental to ensuring we deliver a consistently high-quality programme across all our sites in Cambridge.
Main Duties
* Assist the Operations Manager develop and maintain excellent college and school relations
* Contribute to the planning and preparation of the course delivery programmes
* Take an active role in the recruitment of pastoral staff
* Maintain accurate system documentation and records
* Planning, organising and managing the social and cultural programme
* Manage the inventory of equipment and resources
* Maintain collaborative relations with all teams across the company
* During our core delivery period (June-August), be present at our sites to support the smooth delivery of our courses

* Good technical proficiency
Desirable
* Previous experience at a summer school or other short course involving international students, ideally in an operations role
* Project management experience
* Familiarity with Cambridge
* Proficiency with Salesforce or similar
