We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with a passion for leading teams and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Package:
* Salary: £50K
* Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays (increasing with tenure).
* Company van, laptop, and uniform provided.
* Flexible work schedule
* Hours: 45+ per week, Monday–Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service schedules and customer communication.
* Lead, motivate, and develop service engineers.
* Provide technical support and identify training needs.
* Analyse costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in service management, with strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication skills to guide both staff and customers.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
* Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Engineering qualifications.
* Experience in managing teams is a plus.
* Proficient in IT skills.
