We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive individuals to join a team of Customer Care Agents at London Heathrow Airport (TW6).
In this role, you will support passengers with reduced mobility or hidden disabilities, ensuring their journey through the airport and onto the aircraft is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
You will be responsible for assisting passengers during key stages of their journey, including check-in, security, boarding, and disembarking. Using specialised equipment, such as wheelchairs, you will transfer passengers safely and efficiently to and from the aircraft while delivering exceptional customer service.
This position will involve a high degree of walking and physically assisting passengers from their aircraft seats into the terminals.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Agent
• Using wheelchairs and mobility aids, assist passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and those with hidden disabilities throughout their airport journey
• Provide a friendly, respectful, and inclusive service, ensuring passengers feel valued and understood.
