This Fire and Security business is part of one of the UK's largest groups of engineering companies and is looking to recruit a full-time multi-disciplined engineer for Access Control, CCTV, Fire Systems, and Intruder Alarms.
Main Duties:
* Experience in installation and/or commissioning work and be competent in the following disciplines:
* Fire Alarms
* Intruder Alarms
* CCTV Systems
* Access Control
* Have a broad understanding of the security industry
* Have good interpersonal skills required to liaise with customers
* Fault find and repair security systems
* Install new systems as required
* A full driving licence and clear police checks/security screening are required.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
* You must be able to show you can manage your time and work without close supervision.
* 3 years experience in the Fire & Security sector - Essential
* A full driving licence and clear police checks/security screening are required.
* Have good interpersonal skills when liaising with work colleagues and clients.
Other Qualities & Requirements:
* Be able to work flexible hours, work away from home, and be available for call outs.
* Tackle any reasonable task in a positive manner.
* Work alone and within a team when appropriate.
* Work swiftly and efficiently.
