What Are We Looking For?
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This pivotal role will lead the planning, development, and evolution of our simulation product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring market success across our range of aviation simulation solutions. You'll serve as the key bridge between our customers' needs and our development teams, turning market insights into competitive product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
2. Identify and develop partnership opportunities to enhance market offerings.
3. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
4. Develop customer segmentation and buying behaviour insights to influence roadmap priorities.
5. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
6. Assess product performance, identify gaps, and drive new developments.
7. Establish and manage the product approval process, ensuring justifiable product investments.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
1. Work closely with our Development, Sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
2. Develop value propositions, positioning strategies, and sales training to drive commercial success.
3. Serve as the primary product contact for internal teams and customers.

5. A willingness to travel to customer and partner locations globally as required.

Hiring Process:
