In this role you will:
1. Provide an interactional service to allow our members to transact through a variety of channels, delivering high standards of service to create a genuine culture which puts our members first.
2. Promote the Society’s products and services through all our channels, including our digital app, over the phone or face to face.
3. Collaborate with colleagues in all areas of the Society on various tasks while ensuring compliance with business controls, regulatory requirements, and codes of practice.
4. Serve our community through identifying events taking place and supporting these events and our local communities.
What you will bring:
1. Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. The ability to work independently, making informed decisions based on your experience and skills.

This role will be based at our Barrow branch, and you may be required to support our wider branch network when necessary.
