Health and Safety Advisor
Location: Covering the North West – Head office Bolton
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 plus £6,000 company car allowance
A well-known Construction company are now looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.
Health and Safety Advisor - Job Role:
* Review, maintain and update the companies Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
* Undertake Site Audits and Site Inspections
* Undertake Toolbox
* Provide HSE Training and Inductions
* Conduct Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Conduct Accident Investigations
Health and Safety Advisor – Person Requirements:
The ideal candidate must come from the Construction Industry as a Health and Safety Advisor. You will also have the following skills, qualifications or experience:
* Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Health and Safety
* Member of IOSH
* Have a hands on and engaging approach to health and safety
* Able to build trust and rapport with people of all levels on construction projects
* Strong customer facing skills
* Honesty and integrity (if you don’t know the answer, be honest and find it out)
