Job Description BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MOBILE £50K DOE CAR ALLOWANCE COMMS THE ROLE: This is not a yellow pages, phone bashing new business role This is a role that has an unbelievable support network around it too that will help you succeed. Take a look below. SDR's - Essentially operated as their very own lead gen agency, booking appointments and opening doors for you while you're still adding to your pipeline. MARKETING - Incredible internal marketing team alongside you who are consistent with campaigns and events that generate leads. TEAM SIZE - Come the new year, you'll be in a sales team of around 45, with plans to scale the business more. As with any role, self generation is expected, and you will still be responsible for the full cycle from identification to close. The SDR/Marketing/Campaign outreach should be seen as compliments to your outbound, but you are still expected to be a hunter ⬇️ AM I A GOOD FIT? You'd be a great fit for this role if you have worked in a new business capacity within telecoms, specifically mobile. You're also comfortable working cross-collaboratively across multiple departments. You will of sold Mobile, telephony, sims/refirbs etc. In short, I just need you to know your stuff. Ideally have worked in the industry for around 5-6 years. WHAT CAN I EARN? Expect to double your base salary, with people in the team expected to earn six figures this year. This scheme actually rewards new business, dependant on the level of new cumulative annual new biz achieved vs your target. 0-25% Performance - 60% 25-50% Performance - 90% 50-75% Performance - 120% >75% Performance - 130% WHERE CAN I BE? The role can be based in either Birmingham, Bolton, Bedfordshire or Northampton twice a week, but if you know your stuff, are further away but most of your days will be spent out visiting customers, they are open to a conversation still. Just please don't tell me you want fully remote, a higher salary and if they'll flex, then you are wasting both of our time.
