Job Title Compensation Events Coordinator Reporting to Commercial Manger Depot Podington, Northamptonshire THE ROLE The Compensation Events Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and managing compensation events in line with the NEC contract under the Strategic Development Framework (SDF). This role is crucial for ensuring that changes to scope, time, and cost are properly captured, assessed, and submitted in a timely and contractual manner. A typical week might involve Monitor project activities to identify potential compensation events as defined by the NEC contract. Accurately document all compensation events with supporting evidence, including cause, effect, and impact on the program and budget. Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, site teams, and clients to gather relevant information. Maintain a compensation events register and track all events from identification through to resolution. Assist in the assessment and submission of quotations for compensation events. Coordinate responses and updates with subcontractors and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and best practices under the NEC framework. Support commercial and project teams with audit trails and documentation for claims and contractual discussions. As a rapidly growing business, no two days are ever the same so what you do will vary.
