Credit Controller. Hybrid working. Permanent Role. Up to £30k. bonus Your new company A leading professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for your own ledger across the firm and report to the Credit Control manager. Your new role The main responsibilities in the role include: Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email. Proactively resolving and monitoring any queries raised. Analysing, monitoring and reducing 90 debt. Cash allocations Responding to correspondence from clients. Undertaking ad hoc projects as directed. Assisting the Credit Control manager where necessary. What you'll need to succeed Experience working in a professional services firm. Minimum of two years’ experience in a Credit Control and be proficient in debt and revenue management systems. Good Excel experience What you'll get in return You will receive a salary up to £30k depending on experience bonus, excellent benefits and hybrid working (in the office twice a week).
