* *Your Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SENSEMH.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Assist in maintaining classroom order, fostering a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
* Establish effective communication with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
* Regularly monitor and evaluate the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
* Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
* *Requirements:**
* Experience working or volunteering with SEND children (preferably with autismADHD experience).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Caring and empathetic personality.
* Commitment to safeguarding children.
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
