Job title: Ecommerce Manager Location: London- 1 day per week Salary: Up to £45k We are partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing retailer, within the health and wellbeing industry, who are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join the business. You will play a pivotal role in driving online growth and sales for the business, responsible for managing the end-to-end site on Shopify Plus, improving and optimising the customer journey, conversion rates and AOV. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Founder of the business, implementing and overseeing the ecommerce strategy. Responsibilities will include: End-to-End Site Management: Oversee all aspects of the ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing the user journey. Project Management: Lead web projects utilizing expert UX and merchandising skills to enhance site performance and aesthetics. Shopify Expertise: Manage backend operations on Shopify, implementing updates and coordinating with developers for necessary changes. KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV), with a focus on continual improvement. A/B Testing: Execute A/B and multivariate testing to maximize conversion rates and user engagement on the site. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign results, establish benchmarks, and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy. CRO Tools Management: Utilize and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) and analytics tools to gain insights and drive decisions. Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement a long-term ecommerce strategy aimed at exceeding revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities. Reporting: Generate and share comprehensive reports (weekly, monthly, annually) against targets, providing actionable insights to the broader team. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on ecommerce best practices, particularly in trading and CRO methodologies. Product Management: Manage product launches and updates on Shopify according to the release calendar. To be considered for this role, you must: Have a minimum of 3 year's experience within ecommerce, ideally within a start-up environment Be a confident user of Shopify Be proficient with analytical and CRO tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar etc Have strong knowledge and understanding of retail, ecommerce and marketing dynamics
