Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
Perform minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural work.
Ensure common areas are clean, well-lit, and properly maintained.
Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts on-site.
Assist with the move-in and move-out processes of residents.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to management.
Requirements
Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing.
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Per Hour: £14.40
